Tickets once bought will not be refunded. Please take into account the weather conditions.
The management reserves the right to deny entry and also evict to any customer that fails/violates any of the Covid precautionary measures followed by the venue.
Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring at the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Delhi.
Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be immediately handed over to anti-narcotics police.
The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the venue.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that the show is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances before the start of the screening, organizer will either accommodate the customer in the next show or, if that's not possible, then initiate a refund of the booked tickets for that show.
In the event the show is suspended/cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions, NO REFUND will be provided.
No refund/rescheduling is possible if a customer is a no-show OR has to cancel due to personal issues/commitments.
